Switzerland has stopped recommending the Covid-19 vaccinations. NZ continues.
Can both be right?
The Swiss COVID policy update has not been published in the New Zealand media, but that doesn't mean you can’t know about it
An internet search shows that New Zealand television and other media have failed to report this significant divergence of vaccination policies. The reason I know about the Swiss government change is that I subscribe to Epoch Times, and - since it's good to stay in contact with a reliable second-opinion news source - you should too.
The Swiss Federal Office of Public Health states:-
[April 2023:] "In principle, no COVID-19 vaccination is recommended for spring/summer 2023"
[their vaccination recommendations will be revisited when their country heads into winter in 6 months time).
By contrast the NZ Immunisation Advisory Centre states:-
The NZ Immunisation Advisory Centre does not explicitly recommend to COVID-vaccinate children.
Other NZ authorities still recommend vaccinating children but are out of sync with the government’s April 2023 recommendation. This may put them at risk of being sued if a severe adverse reaction occurs in a child.
NZ government vaccine policy reasons are not stated
With important public and personal health matters such as the COVID epidemic and mandated interventions, it's only right for the New Zealand government to state their reasons. They don’t, however.

The Swiss authorities go on to discuss the reasons:-

Misinformation spreader?
If I, as a member of New Zealand society provided the same reasons that the Swiss do, the NZ authorities would likely brand me a misinformation spreader. Re-read the Swiss government's reasons here.
My position statement regarding public health policy
During my time as a veterinarian I prescribed and administered thousands of vaccinations.
I was and remain pro-vaccination, provided the safeguards of the Nurnberg code and Hippocratic oath are upheld.
I will never, for any reason, demand, coerce or shame anyone into taking or not taking a medical procedure or treatment of any kind against their will.
I will always seek to educate and share factual information with the aim of making informed consent the norm and not the exception.
I will never judge the person; I will judge the behaviour.
