My experience of using the sleep meditation video
Written and narrated by John Davisi (His YouTube channel is here), the featured video takes just 10 minutes to get you to fall asleep. I play it when needed (usually at 3 in the morning). I don’t expect it to work… But it does! - Most of the time!
Why I use a get-to-sleep video
People close to retirement quite often fall asleep easily but wake up again at about 3 or 4 am. (If that’s a problem for you, then have a look at the discussion and tips here…)
Why I recommend Mr Davisi’s sleep meditation
Mr Davisi precisely describes the relaxation that you feel at the top and bottom of the breath cycle. This is the same calmness that I guide my Pilates clients to find. The calmness that comes from relaxed breathing has changed my life for the better. And it will help you too.
